Fanfiction Challenge Judging Sheet

For those of you who are participating, here is an example of how we’re going to go about making our decisions for your stories:

Basically it will work like this:

We will judge each sub-category (ex. character development) individually.  Then we will find the average score for all the sub-categories, and that will stand as the score for the main section.  So if we gave someone a 7 on Character Development and a 5 on Accuracy to Original Personalities, then the score for overall Characterization would be 6.

After that we will find the average for all of the main sections and that will count as your total score.  The three stories with the highest total scores from us will be posted here on FYLabyrinth for all of you guys to vote on.  Obviously the story with the highest number of votes wins, and then we will contact the winner to get their email so we can send them the link to their Amazon giftcard.

Even though Marina and I will be reading the stories individually, we’re going to be doing the scoring together to avoid confusion.
